Prep To Pro is an 8-week training program created for high-level high school lacrosse players who are serious about elevating their game. Designed by Sydney Scales Lacrosse in partnership with Compete Strength and Conditioning, this elite experience helps athletes sharpen their skills, improve lacrosse IQ, and prepare for long-term success at the college level and beyond.
Led by Sydney Scales, two-time national champion, Team USA and professional player, and current assistant coach at Harvard, Prep To Pro combines elite instruction with intense, position-specific training in a competitive and small-group environment.
